Booking and Deposit
To secure your desired event date on our calendar, a 50% security deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of your event. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the event date. Failure to submit the remaining payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Date Availability
If the desired date for your event is already booked on our calendar, we encourage you to reach out to us via text or email. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative arrangement if possible.
Payment Method
All payments should be made through our website's secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
Cancellations and Refunds
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The security deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel your event more than two weeks prior to the scheduled date, any additional payments made beyond the security deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event date are not eligible for a refund.
Changes to Event Details
If you need to make changes to the details of your event, such as the date, time, or venue, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, depending on availability and feasibility. Additional charges may apply for changes that require significant adjustments to the original plan.
Liability
While we take great care in planning and executing your event, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the outcome or cause disruptions beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, accidents, or any other force majeure events. We will make every effort to mitigate the impact of such situations and find suitable alternatives if necessary.
Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. Any information provided to us during the booking and planning process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of organizing and delivering your event. We will not disclose or sell your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
